Campground and cabins are still open!
The well-stocked lake is a paradise for sport fisherman. It is abundant with bass, bream, crappie and catfish on a classic southern impoundment. It features cypress flats, flooded timber and all of the hidden coves and secret fishing holes that make a one-of-a-kind experience for anglers of all skill levels. A valid state fishing license is required and can be purchased at the Visitors Center.
The marina is right on site and you can rent boats and jet skis! We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and cruising around the lake for a few hours!
